I made an online order to pick up and my husband went. When he got there, he was told that “someone called to cancel it” yet I could see from my end it was still being prepared and wasn’t cancelled. The workers didn’t even try to fix the problem they just gave him a coupon “for his inconvenience” just because it was nearing closing time and they didn’t want to make it. They were so rude about it and didn’t care.

Management and staff don’t give af. Ordered online and then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes in store while they made other peoples sandwiches who came in the store after me. Girl making my sandwich also stopped in the middle of making it to check her phone. After all that, my sandwich was wrong too. Just go to jimmy johns or somewhere else.

Just want you expect. Great service in a demanding environment. Clean. And as a gluten free bread guy, they treated me and my allergy well. I always stop in when I’m in the area.

new favorite sandwich place! you can tell it’s really fresh ingredients. i do recommend eating it fresh, since the olive oil makes the bread soggy if you let it sit for too long. was surprised the reviews here were low, I’ve never had a bad experience.

The manager, he said his name was Brandi, was obnoxious, rude and refused to give my wife our order. The temperature in the restaurant is freezing to intentionally discourage people from eating there.

I love Jersey Mike’s. I’m a truck driver I’ve been in many Jersey Mikes across the states and never had an issue but this time I saw the person on the grill using the same gloves for at least 3 customers! Politely, I asked to change his/her gloves he looked at me in disgusted look and throwing words. Then the customer behind me did not even ask for any thing special but the same person on the grill was showing the same attitude! then i got my food was not cooked as usual.
the manger can look at the camera around 11:30 will see what i mean.

Food was terrible as was everything about the place. I dont blame the employees though. For what they pay their staff I should have known better than to eat their. Life hack if you know the employees make less than 30k a year the food will be trash. Don't expect too much.
