I love jimmy johns food and the staff in the store is great; however don't order for delivery unless they can guarantee that one of their bikers will be doing the delivery. I ordered food through the the app and waiting over an hour. I kept trying to track the order on the uber app but the time continued to change. By the time the toasted sandwich was delivered it was soggy and cold beyond repair.

The WORST, absolutely by far, Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. The teenage girl who apparently was the manager has the worst attitude, and literally threw a temper tantrum in front of me and other guests when I returned to the store with a sandwich that maybe had .5 oz of meat. I’ve been to a lot of JJ, and have never been told corporate sets 40 grams standard. If one oz of meat on a $10 sandwich is the new normal for JJ, then they’ve lost a customer. What a joke…and to have children like this losing all reality and control is comical. I’ve deleted my app and will no longer frequent Jimmy John’s. It’s really too bad they’ve gone downhill so much and are taking advantage of and ripping off the very people keeping them in business. Advice to customers: put them out of business. Maybe that will trigger reality and will stop ripping people off.

Three times in a row the staff didn't bother to read the ticket and short-changed me, ripped me off $2 each time. Reached out for a refund and they told me I can just call and talk to the owner if I want. How about you just give me the food I ordered?

I have ordered from this Jimmy John's plenty of times, but today, my sandwich was not what I was expecting. No avocado nor mayonnaise. It was so dry that I almost choke. I was at work and didn't have anything to put on my bread. I had to throw it in the trash. I am very disappointed ? I will still be ordering from there again. Hopefully, it'll be like it usually is.

Today I ordered lunch for the family at Jimmy John’s on third street in downtown Baton Rouge. However the delivery time and overall situation was atrocious. The guy was a complete j*** and actually said to me that I was not his only customer then proceeded to flip me the bird as he turned to leave. True story. Unbelievable. Never, ever again. Shameful.
