Had a very nice experience at this restaurant. The food was excellent. Very pleased with everything. Excited to have a nice place to dine so close to my neighborhood.

Salad was just a salad nothing special gumbo tastes like it was made from a box or kit.
Steamed vegetables were rubbery and all tasted the same like blah!
Crab claws were very good and very large

My family and I went here for my mom’s birthday. First, the atmosphere of the restaurant is great. We sat in the bar area, which is a great size. Our server was also the bartender. She was amazing!! Caydi was so sweet, attentive and made amazing margaritas. The food was absolutely delicious. If you like Red Fish, please get the stuffed Red Fish!! You won’t be disappointed. The owner came over and was very kind. Makes you feel like you are apart of the family. We will be coming back to try more items and drinks! Highly recommend!!

Service was good at the bar. Place has a nice vibe to it. Wasn’t expecting the cowboy ribeye to knock my socks off, but it certainly did. Perfectly cooked. Beautiful crust. Absolutely delicious. Sides are also on point (loaded spud and salad). The au jus on the side for dipping was a nice touch. Great spot. Will certainly be a regular!

Everything was amazing!!! The food and service were top tier. The staff are friendly and makes sure everyone is good. We had a table of eight and we didn’t have one complaint. They have the best cowboy steak in Baton Rouge. We had wings, crab fingers, cheese sticks, seafood platter, cowboy steaks, kids burgers and fries and hot sizzling apple pie and all were delicious. We will be back. My new favorite restaurant 10/10.

I went with my mom and they were superbly accommodating of our dairy allergy. Not only that, the food was delicious!

Dietary restrictions: The chef came out and specified that he would have to change our order from the fried fish to the grilled fish because the fried fish uses milk as the batter. I appreciate it a lot when someone is not only aware of the ingredients in their own food, but also clearly communicates the process by which they cook it.

Went with a crew of 9, and the lagniappe crew was nothing short of awesome.

We ordered a few appetizers to share with the table. The best option was the sampler since it came with 5 different apps (fried cheese sticks, stuffed mushrooms, chicken wings, fried potato balls, and southwest egg rolls). The crab fingers were really good (Would recommend). The stuffed mushrooms by themselves were covered in a cream sauce and each topped with a shrimp (100/10 recommend).

For entrees, we all ordered steaks. Most ordered the ny strip and a few ordered the cowboy ribeye (pictured). The cowboy ribeye was definitely the top choice.

I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place!
