I placed a pickup order on Sunday and my husband went inside to get it. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with the UberEats driver and our orders were switched. When we got home we realized part of our order was missing so I called to see if we could come back to pick up the remaining items.

From the moment the hostess, Maggie, answered the phone, she was abrasive and extremely rude. When I asked to speak with a manager, she told me the manager wasn’t there. I then asked for her name, and she began yelling profanity before hanging up on me.

I decided to drive back to the restaurant—not for any food or compensation—but simply to speak with the manager about my phone conversation, as I would want to know if this were my business. I learned that the manager was in fact there despite what I’d been told. When I asked to speak with the manager, Maggie rudely and loudly asked if I was “there for an apology.” I said no and asked the manager if we could speak privately, to which Maggie responded, “No, this is my workspace - y’all can go somewhere else.”

It’s disappointing to have such an unprofessional and disrespectful employee representing your restaurant. I am a frequent customer, but I won't be returning as long as she's employed there.

The Queso and chips are yummy! They serve salsa and beans with the complementary chips. The food is very good and the staff very friendly.

Went today right when they opened. The bean dip was old. Tasted like they had reheated it up for 3 days in a row and kept adding broth or something. Had a funky after taste. I ordered the fish tacos and my boyfriend got the lite lunch. The fish and chicken were so overseasoned. It was spicy and not enjoyable. I only took 3 bites of my taco. The rice was bland. I will not be going back. Our stomachs hurt. I almost threw up. Waste of money.

Absolutely fabulous. The food was perfect.
Quick, friendly service; not too much and not too little.
It was mid afternoon on a Sunday, so it was only moderately busy, and it was kind of quiet, exactly what my wife and I needed. We also liked the art work.

Best steak quesadillas and steak tacos! Love this place i go at least twice a month. I eat mexican on a regular and have tried a ton of places and this is my favorite.

Always love coming to this location the staff is amazing and the MARGARITAS are top notch!!! Best Mexican food around. Ask for the salmon salad 10/10 recommend.

Staff was extremely friendly from the second we walked in and our server was amazing. She was quick and efficient, as well as very sweet. Food was also great and good atmosphere. I’ll be coming back.

No Bathrooms!!! After receiving our food we were informed the bathrooms have been out of order all week. We said isn’t it against code or law to even be open they told us no that’s other states. They said we had to go to race trac gas station to use bathrooms like the employees have to do as they have agreement with them. I don’t think we will ever go back here again. At least make sure bathrooms are working before sitting down. Hopefully someone will forcibly temporarily close them so they have to get it fixed…it’s either no bathrooms or no a/c when you go here. 😞 it’s really sad they can’t get the building working right ever. I can’t believe the manager wanted us to walk across the street with 7 children for birthday to go to bathroom. We ended up driving all kids across the street to use there bathroom.

A male patron threatened to kick my ass from across the room over the lady employee trying to clean up as he excoriated her for doing her job. Had to locate my server sitting on his ass at least twice to refil my margarita.

Food is edible at best. Nothing special.

Happy hour margaritas are weak and pathetic.

Zero stars if at all possible.

I wouldn't return to this location even if it were free.

Coming from Texas it is so hard to get good Mexican food in BR and we have tried a few. The portion for what you pay is pretty good here. This places isn't bad at all, well worth a try. The place is large with plenty of seating. Our waitress was really nice. My daughter loved her kids menu.
