Every single night I order the sashimi plate. Usually I do takeout. But I cannot describe how wonderful this plate of assorted fish can truly be after a long day of work. There are other great sushi restaurants throughout Baton Rouge. Ichiban and Tsuyama have certainly established themselves and a great places to go eat sushi. Nice place. I only get takeout from here but I love the options to add/subtract things from your rolls and the gyoza was pretty yummy. Excellent eel sauce and the Kani salad and miso soup were exactly what I hoped for.
I order delivery a lot from here the sushi is always fresh and they are good sizes and filling. I imagine going in person would be even better
