“We were in town for a baseball tournament and our children wanted some rice and noodles. We stopped in here because of the reviews and they did not disappoint. The fried rice was delicious! We also enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken and egg drop soup. What made the experience so pleasant was the staff. The owner came over and talked with us for a bit. He was very friendly and personable. Our server was also very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place!“

“I’ve only visited Sushi Mass twice and the time gap between both visits is by years, but don’t let that say anything bad. Both times I’ve been I have loved the food and enjoyed myself. The atmosphere is amazing and calm, a perfect sit down lunch/dinner. I’d honestly let the time gap show that the quality has always been there and I think I’ve found my new favorite place. I sadly lost my mom in 2022 and she didn’t care for Japanese food but my dad does, we’ve been looking for places to eat other than our norm and they fit the bill. Literally! We had the all you can eat lunch menu and literally paid the same we would at a steakhouse or even Applebees! Can’t beat that plus the atmosphere and customer service outranks all in my opinion.“

“My wife and I went here with a few friends recently, and everything was great! The service was quick, the workers were more than friendly, but tonight really changed the game.
We ordered online for our dinner, and through a mistake I had made, I placed an order for two poké bowls for myself and nothing for my wife. When I called and explained the situation, the employees were quick to help me rectify it, and when I came back, they gave me her bowl woth a genuine smile. “We always try to eat at Thai Kitchen when we are in Baton Rouge. Today was an exceptional visit. They were short on servers, so not as fast as normal. But what made our visit exceptional this time was we had an awesome server. Her name was Ella. I noticed when she was traveling I could see the stress on her face. But as she approached our table, that was replaced by a smile. This sweet person just made our visit!

The head chef, Jimmy took great care of us and provided a lot of laughs while preparing our sushi and in-between. The sushi here is the best you can get in Baton Rouge in my opinion from the Sashimi Dinner to the Love at First Bite Roll, even the miso is top tier (my favorite in BR ❤️). “I always get the LSU Roll! I haven’t tried many sushi places in Baton Rouge because they’re the best I’ve had. I normally have to order ahead for lunch (at least 30min) and it’s sooo good every time. No dine-in options available, but it’s so good it normally doesn’t make it out of the parking lot.“
