The guy at the drive threw window completely rude shut the window in my face as I was thanking him, management needs to retrain their employees customer service as I am a store manager myself I would never let my employees get away with that

Jamiah was a bad DoorDash delivery driver. Left the food on porch floor without knocking ( it was not a contactless delivery). We had no idea it was there. Luckily food was not to cold by the time we realized it was there.

Busy staff but attentive to guests coming in. Sometimes, the stuff that's ready had been there a bit too long. No real consistency between visits on pizza; sometimes it's cooked to perfection, sometimes of done, sometimes the ingredients are well spread and promotional sometimes not so much.

Their slogan is Hot & Ready. It was not ready. But it was hot and tasty.We pulled up to drive through window and the window opened. Cashier was on his cell phone while trying to help a customer in the lobby. Finished with her then finished his call. And then greeted us.
The one on Joor is terrible. Crazy bread was actually crunchy like a cracker. Employee smoking oitside and then walked in and right back to cook

Another raw pizza review.The location is pretty decent, but they can't seem to cook their pizzas through. Fortunately, we worked at a pizza place so we know the right time and temps but don't think we should have to do that. This isn't Papa Murphy's, it's Little Caesars.450 for 10 minutes should finish up your pizza btw.
