Ms. V’s Snowballs is a snowball stand in Central. The snowballs are delicious, with many flavors, toppings, and offerings. A snowball stuffed with ice cream is available, though the ice cream taste may not be liked. The cotton candy on top is really good. The staff are great and handle large orders correctly and quickly, using drink carriers. The location has a large parking lot, a great family atmosphere, and a long wheelchair ramp. However, the address shown is a home on Sullivan Rd., and the current location is not found.
