I booked my son's 3rd birthday here and disappointed is an understatement first I. Called to confirm that I only had 8 kids for the party was told upon arrival to inform my party host and they would make the adjustments i needed I was also told that the 10 dollar gift cards would last for 30 mins so I didn't need to make them timed cards all lies the cards didn't even last 5 mins I paid over 200 dollars for a rushed party it was hard to bowl with my toddlers as the balls were too heavy was told there was only one lightweight ball and it was being used was told by management oh well there is nothing we could do I was so upset and frustrated I cried all the way home they ruined my baby party and not to mention I was told our table was delayed cause they overbooked the parties so our partied was delayed because of that worst party ever will be contacting the corporate office .

great experience, made it super fun with a bowling competition !

We booked three lanes for 2:30. They were prepaid. When we got there the lanes were not open. We had to wait. Then one of the lanes didn't open until about 3:15. One of the lanes broke so many times that we lost a ton of playtime. We had to go get someone to fix the lane so many times we lost count. Frustrating.

Had an amazing time at Main Event Baton Rouge on Sunday, August 24th with my husband and two kids! We bowled, played in the arcade, and enjoyed kids’ pizzas and mozzarella sticks. Everything was fun, clean, and family-friendly. The service was excellent—Paige was especially exceptional and made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!
