I've been there twice probably was last year I enjoyed bowling the arcade games and ropes course really fun place

No hostess. 3 of us seated ourselves at a table for 8. Took 20+ minutes to get the beer I ordered. Definitely overpriced

Nicole was the best manager I’ve had at any establishment. Very professional, and welcoming. Any and all problems were handled personally by her. She needs a raise for going above and beyond.

This place is raggedy and in shambles!! The lanes of the bowling get stuck and the personal told you to keep re starting the lane till it dont work anymore and you lose game time, waiters dirty from head to toes, no hostess in the “restaurant” so sit in any dirty table you might find, the games are ok but everything dirty kinda, they should announce minutes before they close and not just shut down all the machines, I was with a group of friends and pay for 4 motorcycles and by the time we sat down to star all at the same time the machines shut down and no reimbursement of the credits, also in another machine of credits it didn’t have the paper to print the credits you won, this place is an absolute joke and everyone working there seems like force to do it since there’s no positive vibe or attitude from no worker.

This was our third visit to Main Event, and it ended up being one of our favorites yet. It was our first time having Jadon, he said he also goes by jay, as our server and he truly made the whole experience feel special. You could tell he was genuinely excited to take care of us but like not in a forced or scripted way, but in a way that honestly made us feel welcomed, almost like family.

He checked on us at all the right times, made sure we had everything we needed, and had such a radiating energy the whole time that honestly made us feel so good. There wasn’t a single thing to complain about. Everything felt smooth, easy, and taken care of.

We’ve always enjoyed coming here, but Jadon definitely stood out and made this visit even better than the others. We’ll absolutely be coming back and next time, we’ll be requesting him by name.

If you’re looking for somewhere to have your child’s birthday party, I highly recommend Main Event in Baton Rouge. My entire experience was amazing. From the first phone call to book all the way to us walking out after our party. The Sales Manager Christian is the best! She was so helpful and kind. She gave me tips to make my son’s day memorable and I’ll be forever grateful. Christian and her whole team made this the best party I’ve ever thrown. My party host Taylor did it all. I didn’t have to lift a finger. She helped set up, serve the food and drinks, cut the cake, and cleaned up afterwards. This was definitely a 10/10 experience.

I went today and got amazing service from a worker named Randy. He constantly made sure me and my table were good. I strongly recommend asking for him as your server!

I didnt get a chance to taste the food due to me being lactose and the meal I wanted they couldn't get it right without the cheese. Most of the games were not working and it still took the credit which is unfair to the kids.
