I visited this spot today and had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options that suited all tastes. The service was equally impressive—attentive, friendly, and quick. Matthew and Sidney went above and beyond The overall atmosphere was lively and enjoyable, making it a perfect place to relax and have fun. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for great food and service in an entertaining setting!

In addition to it being kept very clean the service here is incredible. I met with Marc to commend him about what a hard worker Kharie is. She was not moved by the busy crowd & was eager to answer all of my parties questions with courtesy & professionalism. Definitely a great family fun night spot.

Sidney, Maria and Jazz saved my daughter’s birthday and made her big day extremely special! The customer service is off the charts!! I would 100% recommend you booking any party at the Baton Rouge location! I can’t even express the level of hospitality and professionalism that was displayed…..I love this place this is our party spot from now on????

I love main event been going since I was a little kid but lawd the dine in part just upgraded. New and cool foods with the best service, like my server Lucas he’s amazing. He checked in on us, made sure I food came in on time, and everything. Then I had fun playing games as well.

Tahj at the bar was great and drinks were delicious. Food was ok. Several games were not working when we went and we had to get a staff member to load credits back on to our game card. Buying items from the game store took a very long time. Besides that we had fun.
