One of the worst locations you could possibly go to. Staff are rude and lazy, the oil is only changed once a day. Have watched numerous refunds over how poor their fries are. They constantly forget items and there is just a general lack of care. Do yourself the favor and go down the road just a bit more.

I go to the drive through at the McDonald's on Coursey in the mornings. The customer service I get from Mary and the young lady with the scar on her face/neck (sorry, I can't think of her name right now) is wonderful. I pass several McDonald's going to work but their friendly, kind and caring customer service keeps me returning to this location.

This is the McDonalds in Baton Rouge! The girl at drive thru in the morning act like she deaf she gets your order wrong everytime. Terrell says it is the gm and she says she don't have authority to refund my money but your the general manager .
Ordered a double quarter pounder w/cheese (the #3) with no onions or pickles. My bad for not checking it in the drive thru before leaving. Although the receipt on the outside of the box said clearly NO Sliver; NO Pickle. And then get back to the office, NO Onions; check and NO CHEESE; wtf...no cheese on a double cheeseburger. It's as if they intentionally screw it up because you don't order it the way its supposed to be prepared....NEVER again!

The manager is quite nice, the other employees are like a bag of rocks. I have held this opinion for several years now. Many times the person working the first window seems to be upset that I ordered something, I try not to visit this place but it is fast food, so that's exactly what I expect from the4 employees. (half-fast food / half-fast service)

I normally try my best not to give bad reviews, yet this location on today was completely unacceptable. Outside of the cashier being very friendly this place was very dirty and not presentable.
