We sat in one lane of drive through watching the cars in the other lane be served and after 3 cars in the other line moved and we didn’t we were told it would be another minute. We went inside and 3 people behind the counter saw us come in and turned their back to us and were ignored.We would expect this at Burger King!! Oh well done with this WcDonsld’s!!! Really wacky now

Have you waiting at drive thru intercom when they are closed. Voice come in say take your order but no one replies 5 mins later see some else pull up to other intercom place order then they pull up to window then drive off it was then I realized they were closed just waisted 20 mins for

Super inconsistent I ordered for Delivery and they forgot the Cookie Tote in my delivery I asked for a refund and they said you have to come in store,( why do you think I wanted my food delivered so I don't have to come). I the said I could place another item for delivery and they said they can throw it in a bag it's $11 for another delivery just for a sprite. If Management sees this please give me something in return it's just outrageous that McDonald only does good when the actually higher ups are there.

Came to get food. Got a few items right away and then was made to wait 30minutes for the rest of my food. Finally get it and things are missing. Go back in line and finally get my things. Go home to find out the 2 plain cheeseburgers I requested are fully dressed. That about sums up this McDonald’s.
