The drink machine was broken & was not told about it until after we ordered our drinks. The receipt printer was out of paper & was not issued a receipt. Took FOREVER to get 2 sausage biscuits & oreo frappe.

Waited a long time in drive thru to get order taken. She had to call the manager two times because she entered it wrong and needed to change something. Then took a while to get the food. Everything was hot and fresh though.

Bad household manners no displine but the job harder. They always shorthand. They are loud in the work area. You am hear them what’s going. Waiting in the drive thru over 30 minutes just for two drinks. We had to pull-up to get off time zone and then back up just for two drinks. Ridiculous ,
