My husband is unfortunately having to be back in that toilet bowl of a state where NO ONE gives a f**k about customer service or ANY service at all. He ordered on the mobile app and went to the drive thru at 5:30, where the lights weren't even on inside. Waited THIRTY MINUTES and NEVER GOT HIS FOOD! When he finally got up to the drive thru part to order and say he had a mobile order, a pre-recorded happy voice started talking when the actual person turned it off abruptly and we think said something on the line of "hold on a minute". No one ever came back. He never got his order! I called the restaurant at least 5 times before a rude beast of a person answered and yelled at me for asking what the problem was there that my husband couldn't even ask for his mobile order after 30minutes. We spent all of last year in that toilet bowl of a state, and it was like this EVERYWHERE! Louisiana has the RUDEST, laziest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. They even know how to f**k up a Chick-Fil-A! The grocery stores are over priced and have MINIMAL selection. Even private meat markets don't have Prime beef. The whole state is SUB-par. People from out of state have to come in and do their work because no one in-state can, and then they treat the out of town help like shit at every turn they possibly can. People drive around with either no license plate or fake paper ones so when they cause a wreck from driving like shit you can't identify them. I swear the only reason any businesses open in Louisiana in the first place is for a tax write off for the revenue lost. I just cannot find adequate words for the disgust I have for that state. Now I know why my Dad's ancestors high-tailed it OUT of Louisiana to Texas and haven't been back since!

In less than 4 weeks, my usual breakfast has gone up over $4, mostly hash browns and anything with egg....regular McMuffin, egg cheese biscuit, sausage egg McMuffin....also french fries have almost doubled in 5 months....drinks have again gone up..Cokes and tea which were only $1 last year have now doubled....Even daily specials have gone down in value...save less on every one offered....McDonalds has turned into an expensive restaurant even with their poor service...I cannot eat much salt and even pickles...only one McDonalds in BTR will always make the food correctly and gets your orders always as you ordered...the one at Highland Rd. And Airline.The worst one in Baton Rouge is at Jones Creek Rd....I cannot order anything that I can ask to have no salt...it seems they take old patties, not used and have been cooked a whole and slap them on not even warm buns.......they never have enough staff as their drive through takes at a minimum 10m per order to be take. And one last thing....never try to order tea after 6:00pm...they do not brew any more after 5:30pm in the evening...and do not ask about their ice cream machine...they must close it down at 7:30 to clean it every day...McDonalds has a lot of work here in Baton Rouge....I am glad I got out of their stovk early last year....God help McD's employees in BTR

Walked in at 1:40 for a quick double cheeseburger a small fry and a small Diet Coke. No one at the counter to take an order for over 15min. All the staff were taking nothing drive thru and it wasn't that busy. The two staff helping at the window did not even acknowledge I was standing there. Almost walked out then a staff person came out of nowhere and took my order only to leave as quickly as he came. Food was at least warm like it had been sitting under a lamp. Work in the area but can't recommend to any of my employees.

Bring on the Robots. Major disconnect between order taker and people making the food. I don't think they even read what is on the order. Problems every time we go there. Same at every McDonalds location in Baton Rouge. You would think the Managers and Owners of these McDonalds restaurants would get very tired of items being returned constantly because they aren't made correctly. Why isn't a MANAGER checking the orders before they go out to the customer. They've raised the prices sky high for this junk food, but can't back it up with decent courteous and efficient customer service. I don't think their employees can read. They sure can talk and act like the zoo when on duty.

They were fast and friendly. Even ask checked to make sure my order was correct before she rang it up. I hardly can find a McDonalds were you get warm or hot French fries, but these were very warm.

So I have been here a few times I never had a food problem. The customer service is incredibly horrible. Do not expect anything spectacular when stopping here! When I placed a 2nd order besides my mobile order I was asked "like what" ?? Like if I wasn't ordering the right thing I wasn't getting another order ! This place is super sketchy but convenient.
