Waited 40min in total for my food. 20min just to get it another 20 in the drive through cuz they messed it up. I by no means recommend this location. They need to get they stuff together. Idk how hard it is to NOT put something on an order.
Every time I order lunch or dinner here it’s always good and hot. I think they do good work and seem to work good together
Filthy!

McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant with varying experiences across locations. While some customers have encountered poor service and high prices, others have had smooth and pleasant experiences with friendly staff. Prices have increased significantly, with breakfast items like McMuffin and egg cheese biscuit rising by over $4, and French fries almost doubling in price. However, some locations, such as the one at Highland Rd. and Airline, consistently get orders correct. The restaurant's staff can be friendly and efficient, ensuring correct orders and serving warm French fries.
Recently, one customer praised this McDonald's for being clean, with friendly workers and hot fast food. They appreciated that the ice cream machine was working and even returned with their basketball team, receiving quick service with no complaints. Another customer noted that they have visited multiple times but struggled with the McChicken sandwiches, often receiving different variations instead. They expressed a desire for the restaurant to improve consistency with this item. However, some reviews mentioned a lack of pride in the food and cleanliness of the lobby, suggesting a need for change to enhance the overall experience.
