Made a mobile order and still didnt receive my food because they said they “couldn’t find it in the system” but i gave my drive thru code at the speaker. Told me pull around asked me did i want a receipt . Money is still gone off my card there is “nothing they can do about it”

Picked up breakfast yesterday 12/29 and the young lady at the window was awesome. Great smile, mentioned how the drinks were labeled, and actually thanked us. I hope her managers realize her customer service skills are on point.

Went in today around 12/21 5pm the customer service was great . The food was 100%fresh and warm. The employee up front was very helpful and nice and the manager was nice as well. Shout out to the cooks as well because the food was made with McDonald’s love. The atmosphere was clean and calm.

You would think after going in 3 times for your order to not have onions they would have gotten it right, but no.

First had onions
The second time is missing a patty
Third time, more onions on my no onion meal.

I just left McDonald's every time I give them my order they always forget something always I work too hard for my money when I order when I get home look in my bag something always missing . That's pissed me off so bad twice or three times a week they do this and that money I work hard for. (VALUED YOUR CUSTOMER Please)
