At this point, the only mcdonalds worth your time is burbank. They are the only location where it seems the management keeps their staff is in check. Attitudes are off the chain here and being extra nice to the staff won't help. This is just another trash chute we are calling a BR located mcdonalds.

Literally forgot half the order and the order I did get was unacceptable. I got an bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle and it was just bacon and cheese. Unacceptable. The service just went down.

Service is slow. Food was the worst from any McDonalds I've been to so far. I had the 20-piece nuggets with a basket of fries. Nuggets were refried and stiff. Fries were cold and not full. It looked like they got a medium fry and emptied onto the basket. It was honestly not worth it at all. If I were to base my views on McDonalds with this experience alone, I would believe that McDonalds is going to go out of business soon. But given that this has been my only McDonalds experience this bad, I can tell you that it's this restaurant specifically. The service is terrible. They tell you to drive up without even telling you your total. If you dont ask what your total is, they won't bother telling you. I can't really say anything positive about this experience. Service was slow and deceiving. I thought that by it being so slow, the food would come out hot and just made. Boy, was I wrong. I'm definitely not coming back to this specific McDonalds.

Other than the lovely homeless people doing drugs on the sidewalk out front it was a very great experience food-wise ?
Quick, fast, and friendly. My food came out as soon as possible. Definitely recommend using the app to speed up everything.
