It is suppose to be on sourdough bread, they put it on cheap white bunny bread so the bread was soggy. Bad customer service as well, 2/10 will not be back.

Convenient for a stay at the Watermark, but overpriced (a Kind bar is $5) and not great.I was born and raised in NY, so I was excited to see Matzo Ball Soup on the menu, and a “family recipe”, as well. I don’t know what abomination this soup would be called, but it sure isn’t Matzo Ball Soup…

Ordered 2 muffulettas for lunch today. First of all, they were tiny and not what I would call a Muffuletta. Secondly, one of the sandwiches had no olive salad on it what so ever. Thirdly, I ordered ahead of time for pick up, however the order was not even started upon my arrival, thus I had to wait for the order to be cooked. I know never to order a muffuletta from this establishment again. No apology or warning was given that there was no olive salad on one of the sandwiches, the other sandwich barely had a taste of olive salad on one half of the sandwich. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! Further, it was a nightmare trying to park for a to-go order.

While staying at the Watermark we came down our first day for breakfast. The Wakey Bakey was nicely done. But the Marriott employee whose name was not visible needed to be assigned to a place with no guest interaction. While everyone has bad days service industry staff need to learn to overcome it and still be pleasant to the guests

Bad customer service. The girl at the counter was forgetful and not very nice. Called ahead to grab my order to go. Quoted 10min. Showed up in 10 and they told me my order wasn't even started yet. Food was not good at all. Would never eat here again.

Right next to the Watermark hotel. I want to give this place more stars but I am not sure if the eggs are real. There are about 6 tables. The staff were nice and the flavor was pretty good but the eggs looked like they were sliced out of a loaf pan and the two thin pieces of toast weren't strong enough to hold up the sand which. Now, the flavor was just fine and I would go back for a quick bagel and the most reasonable prices. Maybe sourdough for the breakfast sandwich? Just a thought.

In what world is this a "New York deli?" It's not even a bodega. Staying at the Watermark. I'm told this is a great breakfast spot. One of Baton Rouge's best. There is no way. A bacon, egg and cheese on a Costco croissant does not personify greatness. Just because a small coffee shop sells a bagel, doesn't make it a NY deli. Panera sells bagels and there is nothing more opposite to a NY bagel than a white bread, steam, convection oven baked bagel. This is a coffee stand, no different than a Starbucks. Any bagel they serve has come in from a food supplier. There is no kitchen or kettle to boil the bagels. They put lox on a bagel. Okay - so does Einstein Bros. That's not a NY deli or a great bagel. There was nothing wrong with the food. Service was adequate. Price was in line with anyone else. It was open at 6 am, compared to the hotel breakfast that was open at 6:30 am. This is not a "great" breakfast. Coffee from an urn and other reviews say they have great coffee. This is the same stuff you get at a gas station. Even the espresso was from an automated machine, Franke or some derivative thereof. There was no Marzocco present. If there is something amazing here, go forth and find it. I didn't.

Normally I don't leave reviews, but I figured I needed to share this because maybe it could help someone. So today I went to Milford's, ordered breakfast, and was tremendously overcharged. I go to Milfords every other day because I don't work very far away. I paid a total of 11.20 for bacon and a biscuit. Also, I paid $8.36 for grits and pan sausage. which should have been a total of 4 dollars and some change, according to the worker when I called to verify the correct prices of each item. I went back to Milford's to return the food and get a refund because I felt that wasn't right. But when I went there, I spoke to Chris, and he told me that the grits were in fact $5.00 instead of the $2 that I normally paid. He kept going back and forth with me instead of admitting that he was wrong. I have contacted someone who works there, and they told me that I was correct and that Chris was able to type in his own prices with the open food option on their system. I will continue to contact Milford until I am able to speak with Gill or Jeremy.

Sent my wonderful husband downstairs to fetch us breakfast before checking out of our Watermark hotel room. Great breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito. These folks do not hold back on the bacon! Would definitely get breakfast here again.

Went there with a group after a walk on the levee. Nice place to grab a bite to eat. Staff was very accommodating and let us order a egg and cheese croissant, a little off menu. Freshly made tasty breakfast in a charming Cafe. Tucked away downtown. I feel like I know a secret. shhhhhhh

I really wanted to try this place but when I asked if I can get lox on the tortilla wrap instead of the bagel, the chef got the biggest attitude. I was willing to pay more if it was that serious but I was completely turned off and left.

This is better place to eat at Marriott's WaterMark Autograph Hotel. Their coffee is outstanding and chocolate muffins are deliciously moist. They offer breakfast, sandwiches, salads and lunch items. I love their deli sliced Turkey w/ Swiss Cheese. Can eat in restaurant, but I get my offerings to go.

This place was so good. The service was great and food was rarely priced. Food came out quick and was so amazing. Such a hidden gem in downtown Baton Rouge everyone should try this place.
