Ordered for my daughter’s basketball team and had a total of 21 bagel sandwiches, cream cheese spread and chocolate chip cookies and they all loved it! Sandwiches were fresh and delicious! The sweet girl working helped me load my car and was very nice. 5 ⭐️’s

I ordered food from here several times and every time, they were either out of bagels, out of chips, or they were on a break. Someone please help this location! You're food and service is amazing everywhere else, why don't you care about this location?!

I had my food delivered. Unfortunately the manager forgot to give my dasher half of my order all while I’m at work and can’t leave. (That’s why I door dashed it) when I called she apologized and offered a refund. So I gave my food to someone in the office and just didn’t eat lunch. I won’t be ordering from this one again. This has been a repetitive situation at this location.

Used to love eating here as a kid, since moving back I’ve had horrible experiences. Drove over 20 minutes multiple times just to eat there and both times they didn’t offer grilled bagels or pizza. The pizza is what I’ve been craving !! Needless to say I won’t attempt to get that delicious pizza ever again. (Can’t speak about other locations, this one in particular is where I tried to go!)

This is always a place I look forward to visiting while my car is being serviced at Price Leblanc Toyota. Definitely makes the wait go by quicker and it helps that the bagels are so delicious! My yummies today included an everything bagel breakfast sandwich which had egg, cheese and sausage on it, bagel chips and an iced coffee. The sausage on the bagel sandwich was spicy (it was super tasty!), the bagel was super fresh and the iced coffee was delicious! They also have free Community Coffee set up off to the side, free wifi, and the service is speedy. Very quiet place to park and enjoy some goodies or take it to go!

For years I used to buy bagels for my office once a week from this location. This morning I go in and the person working is on her phone, sees me, and runs to the back. I wait 10 mins and hear the door close going out side. As I give up, I walk out side and she is still on her phone. I ask if she is "working" she tells yes and continues to talk on the phone. Horrible customer service. Plenty other options. won't be going back.

Starving this morning and needed food delivered because I'm in meetings. Received my salmon sandwich which I've had many times before and was disappointed to see so little salmon on the croissant. Very disappointing. I've been here in the past and everything was nice. But not today.

I bought a coupon for NYBC on 225BestEats. $18 for $10. Great deal! I have been to the Jefferson location several times, no complaints. This location on Airline is located INSIDE the Price Leblanc Toyota Dealership. Super ingenious marketing for both dealership and Cafe! ...With that said, ughhh, the workers arent very customer service oriented. I ordered over the phone, just a blah experience. I picked up my order, I was told over the phone the 'soup of the day' only to be told, once I paid....the soup was Not Asparagus, but instead loaded potatoe. It was already in the bag, as if they assumed I would be OK with it. I agreed anyway, people were waiting, seemed like a refund would take an act of Congress, and left with my bag....luckily, after the soup misinformation, I checked my sandwich order before I left the parking lot. My order was completely wrong. I walked back in, up to the counter and the worker was behind the counter, with an out reached arm holding another bag. She replied " here, I gave you the wrong order". That was it. No apology, no shame, nothing ..just Here! The Soup was cold and awful...it was as if someone tossed a 1/2 cup of instant mashed potatoe mix in with water and called it soup. Just terrible, I threw it away - so much for the great coupon deal. The sandwich was good, good quality meats, veggies and breads from NYBC, but the take away is. ..DONT EXPECT MUCH AT THIS LOCATION.....MAKE DARN SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER.
