After hearing about the fresh chef kitchen through a mutual friend, I could finally drive up and get some of the prepped meals to try. The food is the best! Ideally, they are put together and significant portions. Suppose you are into portion control and local. I highly recommend these guys. I will make the drive up every time I can get there!
I've been using Fresh Chef for over a year now and they're hands down the best meal prep service in the area. Shane and his staff are amazing! The food is incredibly tasty. I really don't feel like i'm eating the same old boring meal prep time after time. I love that when i'm not too concerned about my individual macros I can order the bowls, but when I want to up my game I can order bulk and measure things out myself. Fresh Chef Kitchen is Absolutely Amazing! I’ve been a customer for two years. The place is always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
