The customer service I received from Mattie went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She assisted me bc my order on the app wasn’t working and she is top tier customer service. So much so, I asked to speak to the manager and introduced myself, and just gave Mattie her flowers! Hang onto that young lady Newk’s! She is the example of excellent customer service! I will be back!! Kudos!!

I love this place. It’s one of the few restaurants I don’t have just one thing I order there. I usually am disappointed when I change up my normal order for something new but not here. Everything is amazing. And the staff are wonderful.
