For the past few months this place has been not up the usual Starbucks standards. Drink orders have been correct 30% of the time and the staff has been rude, unfriendly, and simply do not want to work or keep customers. It's just so sad because this used to be one of the most dependable Starbucks. Starbucks on O'neal is doing the right things. Be like Starbucks on O'neal.
They are so slow shouldn’t take 25 min to get a drink!!!
