First time at this location and it was pretty nice. Plenty of tables to work from. Ordered the new Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and I highly recommend it!

I love the location of this Starbucks, but I have how they changed the seating from super comfortable to uncomfortable. I used to be able to sit back and relax there (Pre-Covid) and now, my back hurts after seating there more than 20 minutes.

Use to be my favorite Starbucks location but lately, it’s been horrible. The coffee taste old and watered down. Each barista makes a drink differently so it’s never the same. If I’m paying $7 for a latte, I expect it to be great everytime.

This Starbucks' managers and supervisors have apparently not learned how to order and keep their products on their shelves. Twice in the last week I've ordered (through a delivery service) three items from them. Once I got 2 of the items and today I received only 1 item. If these were the only two times this had occurred, I wouldn't be posting here. But it has happened in the past often enough that I am posting this warning: If you go there for a particular combination of items, you will surely be disappointed.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t know if it was entirely the employees fault as they were swamped from drive thru, cafe walk ins and mobile orders but they weren’t welcoming at all. Additionally, my chai tea was not made as ordered which is one of the reasons I go to Starbucks. No receipts available as they weren’t working. Took 14 mins from start of transaction to receiving completed beverage. When is asked about the beverage I was made to feel as if I shouldn’t question them and she blew me off. Certainly not the experience I would expect from Starbucks.

Miss Olivia needs to either find a new job or get her attitude together. I came for a coffee today and she had to have been the most rudest barista I have ever encountered in my years of going to Starbucks. Sometimes I even avoid this specific location because of her and the days that I do go to this location I say a quick prayer and hope that she is not working that day.

I wish I had read the reviews before getting stuck in this line. After going through about 4 different food choices the cashier told me they were "out of everything pretty much. " Skip this place if you are hungry or in a rush. At least the cashier was nice, so I feel like this is more of an ownership/ management problem.

Always out of things! Today it was tea, stevia and almost all pumpkin items. If you’re that low on things, go down to the store or another Starbucks. Cmon.
