Honestly cakes are really good but customer service and professionalism is lacked here! Today is the second time I’ve came to pick up 2 orders and one was never ready due to “oh we thought it was a duplicate ticket” how can you think that when the orders are completely different? Not only that the orders were placed on different days but for some reason the first order was never made only the second.
No courtesy call to confirm or anything just continue on with their day. I even read the receipt given it store it shows the day and time the orders are placed so why couldn’t the workers have paid attention to that like i did? The workers don’t care or try to fix their mistakes they just dust it off like it’s nothing.
I personally will never come back in here until the workers get retrained on customer service and professionalism.
Another thing we could here all the conversations that are being held in the back so speaking negative about someone or complaining about missing orders are definitely heard!

I love my lemon bunt cake.Was easier getting there when you were located on Jerrerson.The new store is to far out and traffic is terrible out there ,but I will continue to find a way to get my lemon bunt .When I order I get several because I don’t know when I will be able to get them.My opinion would to add another location closer to Florida Blvd or Jefferson Hwy.Would be great 👍🏾
Terrible! Rude staff! Placed order 3 days early for special occasion. Wasn’t ready on time! They did a sloppy job to rush it up! Terrible!

Ordered the special edition Halloween cakes on a Tuesday to pick up on Friday. Drove in from Denham for the pick up, waited 10 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have anymore left and didn't know when they would. Got a refund and left, won't be going back.

That Spongebob built walrus that’s working at the register is rude as hell. I came into this location a few minutes ago and had issues pulling up a coupon due to my service moving slowly. I stepped outside to get service. As I walked back in, myself and three other customers entered the lobby. The nice girl who previously waited on me had a customer peeped in the back to ask for assistance. Spongebob with braids peeped out the door hollered, “Girrrrllllll!” and closed the door leaving the girl alone with a full lobby. That was unprofessional and ignorant.
