I continue to try this papa johns. And pizza is normally really good. But this is the 3rd time I’ve had a bad delivery. First the whole wrong order was delivered. 2nd the driver was high and now tonight the pizza was left outside, no knock on the door or notice that it was here.

Something about spending 48$ on food IN ADVANCE via online with a credit card and not receiving my full order don’t sit right with me. The LEAST a store can do is make sure it’s good quality and that the driver picking it up has all my items before they leave the location. I work for a restaurant and handle all the takeout orders, for the door dash driver to stutter and tell me they didn’t have a list of all the items I should’ve been receiving on top of act like it would’ve...

My order was all screwed up an the driver look intoxicated after 2hrs.waiting. But after speaking with the manager, she made everything ok. Thank you so much, for being such great help because I was frustrated and hungry. Thanks
