My daughter went to pick up a DoorDash order here and while there attempted to order something to eat to cut time. The cashier refused to allow her to place an order while door dashing. Saying the customers food would be cold when they got it. But how when the customer’s food wasn’t ready yet either. I told her not to pick up or order from them ever again. How do you refuse to allow someone to eat that does not work for you?? Never again:
My coworkers and I frequent the Humble location and the service and food are always well received. I don’t like looking for a parking spot, but it’s well worth it! Today they went far and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and I appreciate that!
