Brenda was THE BEST she served us with respect and a smile. Top notch !!! Love the kids Playland.
I know people leave reviews mostly after a bad experience… but this is not that. I recently moved very close to this Burger King and have eaten there several times over the past few weeks. EVERY time it has been hot and fresh. A little wait, but worth it. I haven’t even eaten a BK burger in over ten years until tonight, I never liked the charbroil taste… It was SO good, I’ve been sleeping on BK burgers. Burger King on Florida Blvd, located near the Amazon distribution center, is a great place for families and children. The restaurant enjoys a reputation for its cleanliness, bright atmosphere, and kind employees. The Playland area is popular with kids and is consistently well-maintained. Management and staff are praised for their exceptional service, especially during special events like birthday parties. They go above and beyond by decorating for celebrations and providing thoughtful touches, such as special pins for the birthday child. The food is also a highlight, with happy meals being a favorite among children.
Recently, customers have noted that the restaurant is clean and freshly painted, making it a pleasant dining environment. However, there have been ongoing issues with orders being incomplete. Many customers report that their orders are missing items. Even though the staff works hard to assist customers, there seems to be a need for additional help during busy times. Despite these challenges, the atmosphere and customer service remain positive, making it a recommended spot for those seeking a family-friendly dining option with good food and attentive staff.
