Pizza was clearly not made correct! Have tried calling several several times for no one to answer the phone. Customer service is a Negative 10. Food NEGATIVE 25. I recommend you go to another Location even if it’s a little further. Worst Pizza Hut I ever been too.

As convienient as this location is for me I won’t be returning. I’ve had an occasion when I picked up my pizza and the cashier tipped themselves on my card, once I saw the guy touch my pizza while putting it in the box I don’t are if it was just the crust mind you he had just came from sitting at the front counter with his head down, twice I’ve been given a over cooked pizza where the cheese was crusty on top and I ordered extra cheese so I was charged was extra burnt cheese.
Pizza Hut used Doordash to deliver my order. The driver had evidently picked up several orders at the store, and left the wrong one at my door. I drove up to the store with the incorrect order and asked them to replace it with my correct order while I waited. The rude, toothless man working the counter informed me that it was not Pizza Huts fault and I needed to pursue a refund through Doordash. I informed him that I didn't order the food from Doordash, but Pizza Hut, and that it is Pizza Hut who needed to make the situation right. He raised his voice and dismissed me with a wave of his hand, repeating that it wasn't his problem. I am appalled at the horrible customer service I received here.

I am in the hospital with my wife. I ordered some wing's and a Philly cheese steak melt. When the driver got here she didn't have any change so I had to give a $17 dollar tip. On top of that the wing's I ordered was not the right one that I ordered. The melt was not right it was like a pepperoni and other meat in it. It was hard and cold I am very very disappointed with this. If I could give a no star review then I would.

I had delivery. The service was on time. The temperature of the pizza not as warm as I like. Toward the crust too much bubble up crust. It looked more like a Recetrack store pizza. I'll pick up next time so I can look at the pizza 1rst. I have high standards for Pizza hut. I consider them the best. I'll give them another chance
