We didn't receive half of what we ordered for delivery. After twenty minutes of letting the phone ring, time out, and trying again, I realized that nobody at the store cared.

I didn't even want a refire and to send another delivery person, I just wanted a refund for what I paid for but didn't receive, but it seems that's too much to ask for. Enjoy the free $10 you stole from me Pizza Hut; after three decades, my family is done. Domino's might be garbage pizza, but at least they make it right when they screw up.

Placed an online order. Tried to call the store twice to add something else to it just for it to just ring and ring and ring then get a busy tone.

There obviously isn't enough structure and poor management because they obviously don't care enough about their customers to answer the phone
