Just thought I'd pop back in here to leave a fresh review. This place has upset me and my family multiple times. I went back to see if my review from last year was still there. it got taken down. long story short, my fiance and i had a day off and decided to go get wings and beer. waited 30 minutes in the center of the bar, never got talked to, we finally asked for service and got eyes rolled at us. we never even got a water. meanwhile, the two lady bartenders were chatting it up with the only other person at the bar on the other side. the entire staff needs to be changed best they are RACIST. i would give the benefit of the doubt but I've heard that it hasn't gotten any better as of the last few months. having said that!!!! The LSU location is so amazing. do yourself a favor and go to nicholson location.

Doordasher beware: waited for 30+ minutes in what was basically an empty restaurant, 10+ staff member standing around doing jack, I see why people are starting to prefer hooters again, won’t be returning, huge waste of time

I visited recently and ordered the Fried macaroni sticks and a patty melt. The first thing I did not like is how they had everybody in one section of the restaurant they didn’t have people spread out, so it was very noisy at our table. The second thing is the patty melt was so dry. I had to ask for mayonnaise and I still only took a couple bites out of it and did not take it home. I was very disappointed because I’ve eaten here before and the patty was extremely good. It was not dry. Not to mention our waitress, we had to ask her many times for water. Her service was not the best. To say, I will not be back here. I have a hard time spending my money on food that I don’t eat that I can make better myself at my house. I do have to say the french fries were good as well. The waffle fries.

I've been here for 30 minutes. Actually still here. And they've yet to bring my side of mac and cheese. That's all I ordered. They said it would take less than 10 min. I'm still waiting and it still isn't here. Like it's mac n cheese? That they charged me a full order meal btw. But seriously. The time to wait for mac and cheese is insane. 30+ minutes. A to go order.

8/10/2023 - The mustard container was dirty and sticky. I squeezed it out and it looked dark. 08/10/2024 update - coincidence the mustard container still is sticky. I didn't dare use it because of last year's experience. Whatever is going on at this location it needs to do a serious cleaning. The food however is good. I tried the spicy lemon and pepper wings with tots and they were good. Tried the Parmesan garlic wings and it tasted good. If we come back in one year I hope they gotten around to cleaning the condiments on the tables.

The food was good, but I had higher expectations due to recommendations by friends. The service was extremely slow, and they seem to not fully remember the order. Being a person who has been to many restaurants all over this country and a few other countries, my expectations are a little different. I expect hospitality every time and professionalism. Seem like there was no leadership there, and that has to be blamed on management. I hope that they address the workers just acting like they don't care about the customers. Your customers are the reason you stay open as a business. Even though I enjoyed the food when we finally got it all together, I will only go back here if they address the attitude problem that seems to be an issue.

I walked in to do a takeout order. I ordered 20 wings and cheese fries. There are 20 patrons in the restaurant and 6 hostesses. After waiting 45 minutes for my items, they say it will be 15 more minutes. Waiting 1 hour for takeout is ridiculous. I asked for a refund and they wanted to take my name and number and get back to me. Last time ever. Keep the money and the food guys, it’s your last from me. No wonder it’s not busy.

I hate this restaurant. I only went here because I had a gift card the waitress did not let me use it. After waiting for my check for over 20 minutes because she said she needed “manager approval” to use a pluckers gift card at pluckers, I was told I could “try again next time.” Meanwhile I watched the waitress speak to the manager regarding fixing my friends check because they overcharged her. I will not be back.

Waited 15-20mins for service. Took forever to get drinks. Food came out pretty quick, but was horrible I ate 2 wings and that was it. The only food that was decent was the tater tots. This restaurant needs a lot of work on customer service and the quality of food they serve. Will not be going back.
