20240330 The young lady at the drive thru tonight was great, polite and nice. The fried chicken was delicious. We have Popeyes back home, but there's something about eating Louisiana fried chicken in Louisiana. Lol I got the fried chicken for one of my pups; the other won't eat it. She ate all 3 pieces! Minus the skin.

The fries were lukewarm and when ordering through the drive thru expect it to take 10-15 minutes. They literally cannot hear or the speaker is absolute trash. I literally had to repeat myself 5 times.

I can't believe I'm giving a Popeyes so many stars, but I was genuinely blown away by the service on my visit to this location on Highland Rd on Tuesday December 26 2023. I had just about given up on Popeyes because the service always makes me regret ever visiting. I would like to thank the crew working that evening for giving me hope that Popeyes can be saved. If any regional Popeyes bosses are reading this, please give this location kudos and use them as an example of how to operate other locations. Oh, and the food was great of course!

I have been a regular customer at this store and have always used coupon codes to save on their outrageous menu prices. Today I was told I must have the physical coupon to get the discounted price. Apparently this store would rather lose a customer than honor a long standing policy. I drove to the much friendlier customer focused store on Airline in Prairieville where they gladly accepted my coupon code with a smile. I’m never going back to the Highland rd store and will tell everyone I know to avoid the place. Besides that, the restroom is always filthy.
Slow service. Don't use gloves when handling food. Out of a lotnof menu items. No napkins with food. Fries just dumped in the bag. Crusty stuff on hot sauce packets. No type of customer service at all. I've never had Popeyes while in Louisiana. I can say this isn't the way it is when I get it in Texas. It's clean and they are friendly there. And all menu items are available

Nice lady at cash register recommended me the sweet and spicy chicken wings with blackened ranch - awesome! Would definitely come back here again, felt welcomed. Bathroom is dirty as hell but that’s only negative.Parking: I’m driving huge (biggest) uhaul. Plenty of room to park around back or in the Home Depot lot behind that.

DO NOT, DO NOT PATROINIZE THIS POPEYES... We utilized the app, provided 45 minutes prior to arrival with no cars in drive thru and one couple ahead of us with piles of chicken ready in the vats and every employee standing around and it appeared intentionally . Waited for 5 minutes and the manager is walking back and forth waiting on French fires moving at a Glacial Pace of course. I asked if we utilized the a[[ do we wait here in line or is there a Pickup area. She said wait in line. Waited another 10 minutes and nothing was moving and I shared with her we ordered utilizing your app over 45 minutes ago and we've been waiting in this line for 15 minutes. she then pressed her ticket printer and multiple orders began printing out. We thought we would at that point be taken care of and of course were sadly mistaken. She even disappeared going to the bathroom while all this was going on. I'm white and the employees at this location are all black with a racial chip on their shoulder and it's a fact. I've contacted their corporate offices alerting them of this experience and access their cameras in order to validate this disaster of a fast food debacle. Americans are getting extremely frustrated being treated disrespectfully and eventually it will all come out in the wash. Never again will I eat Popeyes Chicken. These individuals need to be fired and order Hurricane fencing installed closing the restaurant letting the Pigs and Billy Goats take over. DO OT PATRONIZE THIS OR ANY OTHER BATON ROUGE POPEYES..,.

The wait was long, and the chicken was hot and fresh. I ordered the GHOST PEPPER WINGS. When I say my mouth was on fire. If you are sensitive to extremely spicy food, do not order these. I will stick to my spicy 3 piece dark.
