5:22pm 12/12. Ive worked with people for over 25 years and this employee was very disrespectful. I pulled up to order. The employee who took my order was really nice and I thanked her for being nice. However I asked for my biscuits well done at the speaker before i drove up. When i got to window i asked again. I didn't think it was a big deal until the employee yelled, "baby I ain't picking over no damn biscuits, they all the same." I am sorry she doesn't want to be at work but she definitely does not need to work with customers or people if she talks to them like that. Even if it was an issue, the correct way of handling that, is ma'am we can not give you biscuits well done. She was very rude. You all need to send her to a hospitality class or maybe she should work in the streets talking like that.

Went through the drive thru and my food wasn't right. Went on the inside to correct the situation and the worker had an attitude. Also store has a really bad odor to it.

I went through drive threw, I ordered 2 big boxes. 1 with tenders mash potatoes and Mac&cheese. The other was a breast and thigh with Cole slaw, m.p. and Dr. Pepper. I was told there was only white meat I said ok a breast and wing would be fine. When I got home I had two wings 2 potatoes, 2 mac&cheeses with a flat drink. Time before this one I didn't have a biscuit in my box. I will never go back to this location. My fiance wanted raisen canes but I insisted Popeyes and it was a wasted of time

I placed my order on the app at 6:42pm it said it would be ready at 6:49. I waited in line 20 minutes only to find out that my order hadn’t gone through their system. The cashier at the window asked if I placed the order at that location I showed her my phone and she said yeah that’s our store. But we don’t have your order. I stated but I paid for it. She humped her shoulders as if to say I don’t know what to tell you, she said that she didn’t use that app thing and she didn’t know anything about it, she then stated that I should talk to her manager, who was outside in front of the store. The manager suggested that I give it even more time to come through their system. I told her that I wanted to cancel the order. She told me that I would have to do that through the app, but she didn’t know anything about the app. She then told me to just play around with it. Of course there was no way to cancel the order or get my money back so I had to wait. Finally about 7:20 they had my food. The chicken was not hot, the biscuit was hard and there were no cutlery or napkins in the bag. Popeyes please train your people.

Decided to go thru the drivethru, but it was taking way too long. So we went inside. Stood there for quite awhile before an employee told us, "drivethru only," Where was the damn sign????

absolutely the worst location. told in drive thru “we can only take cards inside, come inside & i promise you’ll be in & out” so we went inside & have been waiting over an hour just to take our order. staff only cares about drive thru, i don’t understand what the problem is or how to fix it but this is ridiculous. staff outside smoking & drinking not even coming inside to help
