TRASH… everytime I come here it’s a MESS! Sit at the speaker for a month before someone comes to the speaker, then another year before placing your order. It’s no reason why I should have to put my entire body out my vehicle to pay for my order and to get my order! The workers at this location are LAZY and INCOMPETENT! Asked for a receipt and was told to pull up because the machine is out of paper and needs to be changed. So, if you knew that, WHY wouldn’t you change it BEFORE asking the customer for payment! Everybody in this building needs to be terminated and replaced with professional people that care! Will NOT EVER return!

I arrived at the restaurant at 9:03 pm and left st. 9:32 pm. The employees were very unprofessional and the manager was very rude. The cook was picking at something on his elbow, which is unsanitary and disgusting. I was not greeted but I was told to pull up in a parking spot as soon as I arrived to the drive through window because there were other orders before me. No one else was inside the restaurant or in the drive through. I was told that there would be a 5 minute wait but I ended up sitting in my car for over 20 minutes before I came inside to request a refund. As soon as I asked about a refund, the manager was rude and talking loud as if she was upset at me. She said, “I was about to bag your order.” I explained that I had been waiting for a long time and that I was trying to get the food to a friend who’s in the hospital. The manager said she didn’t know that I was outside waiting and said that the young guy who told me to park and wait did not tell her that I had arrived. I told her that’s poor communication. Her excuse was, “well, he’s a young man.” I asked for a refund but was told that I have to request the refund on the app. To avoid having to do that, I told her I’ll just take the food. While waiting, I saw the cook picking at something on his elbow so I changed my mind again and asked how to request the refund on the app. The manager was rude again and I was ignored. I asked the guy again, how to request a refund, he asked for my phone and tried to help but did not know how to request it. As I was talking to the guy, the manager rudely interrupted and said that they were busy with orders and said that the orders from the app comes on the DoorDash screen, this was irrelevant information so I told her that as the employee who’s supposed to be providing excellent customer service, I would not allow my customer who’s physically at the store to wait while I fix orders for customer who aren’t even there. She kept talking over me and wouldn’t allow me to speak. The manager was upset and came to the register then tossed the food in the trash with an attitude. She then started tapping the cash register screen really hard and said she didn’t know if she can refund me. The guy called someone on his phone and the manager had that person call her and walk her through the refund. The manager gave me a partial refund. I didn’t notice this until I looked at my register when I made it home. I would like a full refund. I ended up having to go and get my friend’s food from the Burger King across the street and received awesome customer service.

Best Popeyes! I have one closer to my house, but this is the one I like to go to. It is well ran. The staff is friendly. My order is always correct. The food is always hot and fresh.

Very clean, Ms. Denisha greeted me and the Fire Crew with open arms. Suggesting specials as well as her favorites off the menu. Everything was fresh as if it was made to order and i will definitely be back
