Worst customer service. I ordered a couple of things and one was a frozen lemonade after i took a sip i realized the woman put regular lemonade and i told her thats not what i ordered she then said she cant do anything. I was confused and explained ill pay the difference for the correct drink (assuming it costs more, i never recieved a reciept) she said she cant because i already took a sip and realized its not what i ordered????!!!! She said she'd have to throw it away??? WHAT???? was she going to put it back in and contaminate the whole thing??!??!!!! DISGUSTING!

SOOOO MUCH BETTER THAN AUNTIE ANNE’S and at almost half the price. Amazing pretzel bites!!!

Best dang soft pretzel ever!

Located right across from the main food court area, they have the best pretzels and boba drinks!They have a variety of different pretzel flavors from cinnamon sugar, classic, pepperoni and more. My favorite is the classic salty, buttery pretzel bites paired with a cheese dip and a honeydew melon slush with popping boba.I decided to try their dragonfruit lemonade with tapioca boba and it was refreshing. Boba had a great chewy texture.

By far the best pretzel joint in the mall. Auntie Anne's, the old hag at the cash register with blue eye liner is racist! Don't go there.

Best pretzel place in the mall. I know Auntie Anne's is probably the more classic brand, but the location in the mall refuses to make or serve anything other than their overpriced nuggets. If you want an actual pretzel, you'll pretty much never get one at the Auntie Anne's here. Come to Pretzel Twister instead. They have the same pretzel products, they're priced about the same, and they're just as good, plus they actually make their full menu for you. They also have great nachos, ICEE's, boba tea, and other great drinks. Literally the only good pretzel place in Baton Rouge.

Bought a thai tea, it wasn't sweet and honestly tasted like red clay. It was literally the worst Thai tea I've had. I figured maybe it was a small mistake, so I went to ask manager if they could re make it and she rudely denied me, telling me "everyone else likes it". I wont give this store or company my buisness ever again. I wont reccomned then either.

The BEST pretzels EVER!!! The pretzels were super soft & yummy! Drinks with the fruits are AWESOME! Definitely will be back!

First time ordering here and I’m in love!! The pretzels are fresh and soft!! I’m in love with the Passion Fruit tea omg!!

Not worth the price or the wait and all we ordered were drinks. I had a strawberry shaved ice which was a styrofoam bowl of ice with strawberry syrup drizxled in top. Me being who I am i lifted the top portion off and all I saw was clear ice. So I asked if that was the way it was supposed to look and was told yes. For $5.49 I truly feel robbed. My children s drinks were not any better my son said his tasted like dirty water.

This place has the best pretzels I have ever had in my entire life. Have been coming here since I was a child. Absolutely delicious. Soft buttery goodness with cheese. ❤ ^-^ ❤I also got an Icee, those are really good too. Cold delicious drink.

Most amazing pretzel place ever! Of all the pretzels places I’ve been to this one is by far the best. Love watching them make the pretzels! Oh the chhhheeeesseeeee!
