“Now, who doesn't love those giant, warm and soft pretzels? I kind of have a closet addiction to them, since I was a teen. I sometimes suggest them to daughter, while we are at the mall just so I can have a few bites of hers. Luckily we have the same taste in soft pretzels. She loves the pepperoni pizza one, so we almost always get one of those, when we order from Auntie' Anne's. There are 2 kiosks at the mall and most of the time you'll spot out some samples. I have to say their pretzels are always hit and miss though. Sometimes, I will get one that seems like it has been out for awhile because it's a little stale. However, when you do get the freshly made one, that's a score! Customer service is between 3-4 stars; I don't always get the greatest, but I have also had worst at other mall establishments. They are not too bad for mall food. My forever favorite will be pepperoni pizza!“
“Located right across from the main food court area, they have the best pretzels and boba drinks!They have a variety of different pretzel flavors from cinnamon sugar, classic, pepperoni and more. My favorite is the classic salty, buttery pretzel bites paired with a cheese dip and a honeydew melon slush with popping boba.I decided to try their dragonfruit lemonade with tapioca boba and it was refreshing. Boba had a great chewy texture.“
