So much ice and barely any juice. I was so excited to try it, but was super disappointed. I couldn’t taste much of anything.
Terrible. Idk why they have hours posted because they’re never open during the times listed. Drove over 20 mins several times just for them to be closed. They could at least update their Instagram to reflect their inconsistent hours and give people a heads up. I highly recommend The Meltdown Snowballs if you’re looking for good service & consistent hours! I won’t be coming back here anymore.

The line of people that comes here daily, speaks for itself. I come here every summer and have never had a problem. Yeah, sometimes the service might be a little slow but it's because they have so many orders they're trying to take care of at one time.
Nice polite and quick no long wait time at all
Some of the best snowballs in town but inconsistent hours. New hours are posted but you'll be taking a chance driving over there expecting it to be open. My team & I drove there from our office across town only to be disappointed again. So glad we found another spot off Harrel's Ferry near Southeast MS. Ice isn't as soft but they were there during hours posted, snowballs were nice & juicy, and customer service was A+. Happy team!

The snowball was pretty good. Wasn't as sweet as I expected, but overall really good. Perfect amount of syrup. The staff was very friendly and I love love love that they accept card payments.

Really tasty snowballs. Lots of great options, pretty fast. They have a line sometimes, but run through it pretty fast. Nice picnic table area to sit or a drive through.
