Great snowball. They no longer allow walk up customers, that is a problem.Last years workers were great. This year they are rude and dismissing.Hoping some of the last years service group come back.

The two times I went recently they only had one sugar free option and it wasn't even a good flavor - although they advertize that they have all these flavors. Very unorganized. This kid that didn't seem to know what he was doing was the one taking orders both times. Definitely not worth the wait.

Bought 3 different snowballs all of them were nasty ..first time ever it was weird ...didn't have much juice either
They use to be really good. Not so much anymore my snowball barley had in juice in it. When I got to the middle all I saw was ice. I should have just asked for a cup of ice.

Very rude blonde girl in drive through today she served every car after 5 and told me I couldn’t get a cup of ice because they were closed yet she still served other customers after 5 this the second time I have come and she have had a real nasty attitude very rude they need to find somebody else for drive through because everybody will not allow that attitude

I have been going here for years with my kids but I have noticed they are going down. I came one time they had no ice cream to fulfill our stuffed snowball order. Another time we order nachos and the Chips were stale, and I purchased two of them. Today the snowball hardly had any flavor like nothing to slurp from your cup, it use to be filled up with your flavor to sip now it's just flavored ice what you can see but not taste. Not satisfied and then you sit and wait in the long line. ?
