Great food, nice restaurant, lots of renovations and construction. Looks like it’s been closed lately. I hope it opens back up soon. Really good for any lunch or evening drinking.

the restaurant has changed a lot since first opening. the atmosphere used to be very bright (light colored walls, many tvs, digital beer menu hanging on wall) but it seems that now they’re leaning more towards the traditional mexican restaurant aesthetic. i used to go at least twice a week considering i work so close, but the menu seems to always be changing and even the things that i normally would order don’t quite taste the same anymore. i hope that things come together soon whenever they’re finished re-modeling!

Comparison from a former customer: I'm not sure what happened bu this place isn't even the same restaurant anymore. Just a huge downgrade overall. The menu was completely gutted, tacos are smaller and now on corn tortillas and with less variety. Fillings are good but value is down the tubes as the lunch special is gone too. New chips are tostadas that are fine but weird. It's literally just the name.Reviewing without the comparison: It's OK but there are better mexican restaurants of any style you can think of (taquiria, tex mex, bougie) that are better values within 5 miles. Tacos are small and pricey. Food is like Torchy's that thinks too highly of itself.I'm iffy on the atmosphere score because they are in the middle of remodeling. It was all taped up sheetrock that wasn't painted yet when we went. Doesn't matter, I'm not going back.

It’s decent…for a “contemporary” taco place. The tacos tortillas are no bigger than a baseball. Chips are fried tortillas. For small tacos and fried tortillas…price is high…BUT…service was not good. There was one server for entire restaurant…AND, he helped in the kitchen…Kinda sad…been wanting to try this place for a while…disappointing.

I loved this place since it first opened, but they changed their menu and now I'll never go back. The tacos were small and some of the meat was burnt. They got rid of the 2 or 3 taco combo that came with chips, so now chips cost extra. They got rid of most of the taco variety which was the real draw to this place. Really sad to see all these changes.
The brisket ramen was perfect. It was rich, well seasoned, tender brisket. However, the potatoes were bitter. They had seasoned them with something that left this bitter taste in your mouth. Unfortunately the potatoes were a bust. The service was kind and friendly.

The menu has changed. They got rid of all of the tacos I loved. The tacos are now much, much smaller for the same prices. There are no more combos. The beef was overcooked. The grilled shrimp were extremely tiny and also over cooked. The chips are now fried, whole tortillas. They were very over cooked but seasoned well. The boom fried shrimp were good but aren’t as good as without the spinach like before. The staff was very nice and welcomed us immediately. Our waitress was great and attentive.

This was our third time visiting this location, and we had visited the old chimes location once. The tacos were super tasty and big at our previous visits. The new tacos still taste great, but they’re much smaller. We needed 4 instead of 2-3 tacos to fill up. The smaller tacos are the same prices as the old tacos. The chips and salsa are now tostadas, they were okay but their old chips were better. They did give us free extra tostadas to finish our dips. The brussels spouts slaw was much heavier on the mayo and the sauce on the shrimp taco were much different. The margaritas were still great and $5.It’s still good food, but it was not as good of a deal and different than it was.

NEW FOOD MENU ?They just changed their whole menu! Any reviews that mentioned poor food may be outdated.Emily was a wonderful server! It was my friend and my first time here. She offered good menu suggestions, the music was vibin’, the $5 Taco Tuesday margaritas were good. We also tried the lemon drop (it’s a shot, not a martini!) as well as a Blue Daisy drink that was SO GOOD!The food was yummy! The tacos are very small and street style so we both ordered 3 and it was plenty to be satisfied. They do serve some tostadas and salsa at the beginning of the meal when the server comes by.If you do NOT like spicy…ask the chef to hold the tostada seasoning. If you like spicy- you’re good to enjoy!

Solomon gave us a great dining experience. Ask about the taquitos on the secret menu. The best I’ve ever had and we came here from Texas! Fast, clean, friendly service.

I love this place, service is always great and food is delicious.I'm happy to see a new menu recently, but as a vegetarian I miss the vegetarian options from the old menu! The taco salad, without meat on it is the only option for vegetarians besides ordering sides. Please bring back some vegetarian options!

I ordered the 2 tacos for $10. That would have been really great tacos if not for the hair in my food. Clearly no hairnets are being used. Would not recommend. Service was not good the waiter was very sarcastic and didn’t seem to care about even being on earth.

Visited last night, the hostess sat us at a table and we sat and waited for about twenty minutes. After much time had passed and many waiters walked right pass us, we decided to inquire with the hostess about our waiter. The hostess explained that she was just a hostess and would take our drink order until our waiter came. The waiter never came, so the hostess put our food order in. The salsa was great, the queso was excellent, but when we received our tacos they were cold. After informing staff that the food was cold, they did remake it. When I paid, the waiter shorted me $15. The food has the potential to be great if its served hot, however the service is trash.
