I decided to try this place out again since google claims they close at 6pm. I arrived around 3:42PM and walk up to the staff member literally locking up the store. The store hours sign states they close at 4pm. This location usually does this on a daily basis. Hours are way off, which is a slight inconvenience with these diesel prices. Staff are rude as can be and always out of everything. Been trying to use a 225 eats voucher but always out of everything. Last day to use it and they closed early saying out of all the meats, then hung up on me. Go somewhere else plenty of better places

Food was ready when I got there. Cashier friendly too. Always liked Roly Poly years ago when I lived in New Orleans, but closed up after Katrina. Another one opened in in Metairie a few years ago, but it shut down. I was pleased to find out the there was one here in Baton Rouge. Can't go often due to unpredictable lunch schedule, but do go when my lunch schedule allows it. Always get the Basil Cashew Chicken. Never disappoints!

The delivery service leaves much to be desired. I have repeatedly ordered delivery to my office during lunch, and they have yet to deliver my order without me having to call the store back more than an hour later to make sure the order goes out. They're always "sorry" because they "thought it was pick up", even though it clearly says delivery and there is a delivery address included.Update: This is the umpteenth time this happened. I am done with Roly Poly. It's the same thing every time. Get it together people.
