The portions of food served was enormous for some dishes. Quality was very good as well as service and ambience.

Ruffino’s is just a great place all around. The food’s always spot-on, the drinks are excellent, and the service is hard to beat. Everyone there is friendly, quick, and makes you feel welcome every time.

My wife loves the Bubble Bath — it’s one of her favorites — and I usually go for the Old Fashioned made with Blanton’s. The fish Katie’s is my go-to, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The specials are always solid, especially if you catch the butter steak — that one’s amazing.

It’s one of our favorite places to go for birthdays, anniversaries, or just when we want a really good meal in a great atmosphere. Highly recommend Ruffino’s.

Friends and I have been trying several places throughout Baton Rouge for brunch. This is a hidden gem! Great service, great food, and honestly the best value for the service and food you receive. We will be back!

We had a very nice dinner out and were there to celebrate my retirement. We enjoyed our dinner and our server and all of the wait staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs.

Music volume was a bit much at 430-500 pm. We asked server to lower but did not seem to help . Food and service were as expected for this level of restaurant.

We had such a great experience dining here! The service was excellent, attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was inviting. The highlight of the meal was definitely the chicken piccata - it was perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with bright lemon flavor balanced by the richness of the sauce. The capers added just the right touch of tanginess, and the portion was generous without being overwhelming. Everything else we tried was delicious (the blue crab gnocchi and the Taste of Ruffinos) but the chicken piccata truly stood out as one of the best dishes I've ever had. We will absolutely be back.

Loved the food and the service was absolutely amazing! I went to celebrate my white coat ceremony and they surprised me with a free slice of cake and chocolate drizzle in the shape of a stethoscope on the plate. Everyone was so nice!

The service, in particular, Carson, was amazing. He was very nice, helpful to food choices and attentive to details. The meal was average at best. It's been a few years since we dined here.

Ben was quick and helpful. Carson kept us entertained and was very outgoing, relatable and had good attention to detail. Mrs Kiersten was knowledgeable, professional and assisted us multiple times. We love this restaurant and are happy to say it is our favorite dining experience in all of Baton Rouge! We have never been let down.
