Quality ingredients make a very nice product here. Creamy and flavorful. The menu was a bit confusing at first, but the manager told me that they start with only vanilla or chocolate custard as the base of all their menu items. Then you choose one of their specialties or you can add your own toppings. I had a brownie sundae and added Bordeaux cherries as an extra topping. It was decadently delicious! A favorite place for a cool summer treat.
I went here with my parents for Father's Day and it was quite busy. Apparently a lot of other people wanted to celebrate the holiday with a frozen treat too. I got the triple chocolate concrete and my parents got the butter pecan. It took awhile for us to order because in my opinion it is short staffed but needless to say we did get good service. My only complaint on that aspect would be that they do not take names down for your order and instead just go to the window and say...read full review

This is my favorite franchise for dessert. It's fun just to roll up and order and eat outside or drive thru. The concretes are loaded and always good - perfect texture. The seasonal ones are usually my go-to order but the staples on the menu are also good. The employees at this particular location were very attentive and polite. Couldn't really ask for more. I can't wait until the Fall for the apple pie concrete, which is legendary.
