“I placed a large order for a church camp event with the Jason’s. I needed for everything to be right because I had to drive an hour to deliver it. Everything was perfect from the accuracy of the order (thank you Stephanie!) to the variety of menu choices and freshness of the food. “This was my first eating here. It was okay. I was completely lost on how the flow went. I ordered a chicken panini with a salad. I think staff all assume customers have been there before. Okay, if you order a sandwich it comes with chips (you can not substitute the chips). I believe the manager special is when you get the salad added.
Once you pay, you walk down the bar and pick up a tray (which I didn't do). PLEASE KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. The lady asked me if I wanted my receipt, and I said no. They give you a number for your table. I got me a drink and sat at my table waiting. Well when I got my food, she asked if I had a salad I said yes. She told me I had to go back up to the bar and get a bowl and tray. I went back up to get a bowl for my salad and another customer didn't get a bowl. The manager asked for her receipt and she had hers and she got her bowl. Then I said I needed a bowl too but didn't have a receipt. He just looked and I said I can show you what I paid. But he just went on a gave me a bowl hesitantly lol. It was all good though!! Salad was fresh and delicious 😋. Sandwich was okay. Tea was okay. I ended up pouring it out and got a coke 🙃. So yeah, just keep your receipt in case you have a mix up.

“This is one of the best places to eat in Baton Rouge. The food is great down home southern cooking. The service is wonderful, and the atmosphere is like eating at home with friends.

Parking: During peak times, parking can be a bit tight, but that goes to show you that the food is great. Be patient, and you'll be served great food with a smile.“

“Tasty chicken salad! Very cutesy decor; good if you like that sort of thing, and I do. Nice country music playing. Clean. Waitstaff are mostly quite friendly. Overall, it's a nice local chain; it'd be substandard for a standalone restaurant, but it's much better than typical fast food.

“A favorite dish: The Krewe Calzone. It's cooked to perfection; I haven't had one yet that was burned on the bottom like most other open oven pizzerias, so I'm always impressed with their food. They run specials, so be sure to ask. Caution: their calzone special is $8, not 1/2 off as twice I'd been told by 2 different waiters on 2 different occasions, so when you get your bill, don't be surprised, as bringing this up to the checkout person/manager(?) will get you nowhere. Other than that, and the reason for the 4 stars and not 5, it was a great dining out experience. I'd recommend for excellent ambiance, value, taste, family friendly convenient location. “Dp Doughs has the best pizza rolls in freaking town!! My girlfriend and I go there in the dead of night after work, not a creature is stiring on highland and they're still throwing the heck down. The staff is so so friendly and the food is consistently FIRE. DP Doughs is a gem on highland if you want a late night snack hit them up they're awesome. Those milkshakes will bless your soul their ice cream machine is never broken.“

“Swung in for a quick bite, got a burrito bowl and I think a nachos. Overall everything was pretty good, and made to order. New location so everything was good and clean. My only real complaint was that the shrimp for my burrito bowl was a little overcooked. I think they had it on the grill for almost 4 or 5 minutes.“

“This place is great. Nice people that run it, clearly a lot of history here. The burger was tasty and a little different from the other spots. But I really enjoyed the shrimp poboy and it's what I order every time I go. The bread is of good quality. The shrimp is evenly distributed and covers the entire loaf. The tomatoes are nice and the shredded lettuce is marinated. Everything works well and I like when I feel like I'm eating a salad when I chow down on a sandwich.The venue is small and comfortable. They play smooth jazz and the walls are full of memorabilia. There's patrons here that have probably been going here for a very long time. I'm yet to have had an issue getting a table, probably because their hours of operation are centered around lunch. Everything here is really nice and you're missing out by not trying it!

She forgot we ordered an appetizer, she couldn't remember to big my wife her coke. She sold us on a desert with fruit, but didn't remember to bring us the fruit. Everything else was great - food, atmosphere.“

“In the drive thru, the attendant meets you before the menu board. If you are not familiar with Chik Fil A, you aren't sure what to order. The order taker was no help.
Also, no sauce nor napkins came with the meal. And there was no sauce on the sandwiches.
