The food is great, but customer service is terrible. I’ve been to this location several times and either 1. I have an issue with my food or 2. The employees are rude!! I only ever go at night so maybe during the day I’d have better service. I think I’ll drive up the road and go to the Bluebonnet location instead.

We had never heard of this chain before and needed a quick meal, so we tried it out. The service was very friendly. The food was fast, hot and fresh. Very good. Good portion sizes. There are a few picnic tables, but unfortunately no bathroom.

I submitted feedback via email. We love smalls - the closest thing to a homemade burger quick. And the queso is 🤤 but the delivery has been poor. I have ordered delivery twice in the last week and one order was missing the drink and queso and now this most recent order was missing the queso. Kind of sucks to pay for something you’re not getting (and craving). Might want to inform management at your Willis location.

Brandon was great! He was very courteous and kept checking up to see if we needed any refills or anything else. I would definitely come back!
