Horrible customer service. The girl working the window must have forgotten she had the window open..she mocked me and my friend to her coworker. I’ll take my money elsewhere
where do i begin. i have had to request extra blending almost every time i go there because i get huge chunks of powder in my smoothies half the time. i ordered a smoothie the other day, (watermelon hibiscus) and it was either the wrong thing, or just plain disgusting. didn't taste like watermelon at all, and i threw up at work and had to go back to ask for a refund. they tried to offer me a remake, and i said i didn't want another one, why would i? i was still sick from the first...read full review
I think they were having an off day bcuz of the rain. They got my order wrong even after repeating it to me 3 times. Twice at the window. I got the mango for my hubby and strawberry fit n trim for me. Well I ended up with 2 mango drinks. This was my first time ever trying Smoothie King and I really wanted to try that fit n trim drink but out was raining too hard to turn around. I just headed home. Maybe next time.
