Stopped in and got a strawberry with condensed milk snow cone, I told the girl I wanted 4x cream in layers, she confirmed, “layered.” I said yes it had only a little condensed milk on top and just straight ice on bottom it took 20 mins to get it. I even tipped 75ct for a $6 snocone you’d think you get what you asked for, there are better options in town.
Normally the employees are very sweet and understandable but we ordered three snowballs two out of the three didn’t have enough flavoring we asked for more but they said that was the ice cream we had got icecream and those only to but there was ice that didn’t have flavor they out the extra flavoring in but when I walked away one of the workers yelled “IF YOU WANT EXTRA FLAVORING PAY THE 25CENTS” which it was there fault to begin with because there was a lack of flavoring in the beginning. Their snowballs are good but they were so rude!
