So tonight I ordered again from Jasmines On the Bayou a Shrimp PoBoy and Seafood Platter. The Oysters were BURNT...all small FOUR of them...so crunchy a guest said the could have broken their teeth?!? I ordered the Shrimp PoBoy and only got a HALF! They said they would refund me, well DoorDash did...not sure why they did and not Jasmines. , waiting on an answer from them BURNT FOOD IS UNACCEPTABLE...there was no way they didn't know...really!!?? Especially if it can harm someone?...read full review
Jasmines on the Bayou is my spot. As a person with a genetic intolerance to foods containing gluten, I longed to have a safe place to eat and share meals with my family and friends. My husband, who also loves Jasmines on the Bayou, suggested I call Jasmines to see if they had gluten-free options. And, they did! I get the opportunity at Jasmines on the Bayou to have safe and delicious meals anytime I am with family and friends who want to eat out. Thank you, Jasmines on the Bayou.
Been wanting to go there, kicking myself for waiting so long to go. Had lunch with a long time friend. Great food, excellent service, nice atmosphere. She had the grilled redfish and I had the pot roast. I swapped potatoes for red beans. It was fork tender and delicious. Their house dressing is a citrus vinegarette that I ♡.

Jasmines On the Bayou offers delicious dining options with a good variety on the menu. The oysters and Rocket Shrimp were fried to perfection, and the pot roast and chicken Orleans were tasty. The restaurant can get busy, but the service remains fantastic. The staff is professional and attentive, ensuring a great dining experience. The store is clean and well-maintained, making it a lovely place for dinner. Customers enjoy the fried shrimp & catfish, and the fried chicken skins are highly recommended. The seafood alfredo has a large portion of shrimp, crawfish, and crab, while the voodoo egg rolls and sweet potato casserole are favorites. The restaurant is a quiet spot in a strip mall area, not on the bayou. The staff, especially servers like Kaylee and Rachel, go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and ensure dietary needs are met.
