I recently had the pleasure of trying the snowman snowballs, and I must say, they truly have the best snowballs in the city. My daughter likes blueberry snowballs so I requested a blueberry snowball for her. A FLAT 12 oz; She wouldn't eat it so i tasted it. I tasted it and it tasted soapy. so I told them it had maybe a centimeter missing from the top and i explained how I had a flat and half of it wasn't eaten and they still said in-order to replace it I'd have to buy a new snowball.

It’s unfortunate that I have to leave this review but here it is. Came to this snowball stand for the first time, because they are one of the only snowballs still serving during October. However, now I understand why the lines are never typically that long. The customer service is quite questionable. Besides the horrendous prices, your service will also come with non other than.. ATTITUDE. The gentleman at the window was very polite, took my order and did so with a smile. However, when I received my snowball, it was dripping all over the place. I got to my car and tried to eat some down but it continued to spill even more. I went back to the window to ask if I could have a cup, so that I could dump some of the snowball but was told my another crew member that they would have to charge me for the cup.. even though he watched it spill all over. He instead said.. how about I just make you another one. I didn’t understand how that would make any sense because essentially you’d be using more supplies and you just explained that you would need to charge me for another cup due to inflation I’ll assume. I told him that it would be fine to make me another one; no worries.But GUESS WHAT.. when he made me another one, he used a NEW CUP! And not only that.. he kept the other snowball that I’d started eating off of to enjoy for himself. COMICAL AT BEST. Don’t go there. Go to WAY COOL!

One of the best snowball stands in town that I have found so far. Tons of flavors and sugar free options and mix ins. They specialize in a cheesecake stuffed snowball. The employees are very nice and get to know you if you go often like I have been lately. I would highly recommend trying it if you haven't!

NOT DOG FRIENDLY!! I avoid places that are Not dog friendly. Walked across the street with my grandson and Sat there in the sun to eat our snowballs on a 100 degree day in mid July. I asked for a little ice for my dog and she tried to charge me for it. Didn't offer water, a water hose or even a middle finger. I won't go back again.
