The milk in my coffee was expired, and if it was a one time thing it’d be fine, but this location is specifically known for using expired milk in their milkshakes and other products. It’s completely disgusting

I just left sonic @ 4:35 pm and all I ordered was a medium slush and a small mozzarella stick. The carhop told me I couldn't pay with tiger cash even though I pay with it everytime I go, but my cheese sticks were over cooked and I had to throw them away.

Just came through and ordered a shake and some onion rings. The onion rings were fried to death and the shake was absolutely rancid, clearly spoiled milk. Normally this wouldn’t even be enough to get me writing a review, I work in food service and I understand that mistakes happen sometimes. BUT this has happened to me at this location on THREE different occasions at this point and that’s inexcusable. Spoiled milk in a shake 3 times is crazy. Whoever’s managing this place needs a serious look in the mirror or to get out of the food service industry. Go to any other Sonic in the city and maybe you won’t get an illness. The person who took my order was nice though and so was the guy who brought it out so that’s good at least.

Well, I went to go get a little cup of ice cream for my kids is not the first time that I’ve done it. Me and my wife have done it several times. I don’t know what was going on inside of that place, but there’s no reason you should be coming outside talking and going on like you’re about to try to fight somebody especially now walking up to a customer because that is not the type of energy you wanna put out with a stranger and that’s just helpful advice. I know that Child wasn’t talking to me or having an attitude with me, but the next person might not be as mentally aware is what I’m gonna say

This place was empty the manager had left the staff working there and there were only 2 employees there, where they had taken our order and forgot that we were there. After paying and sitting for over an hour when they did bring our food after we have walked to the door our slushes were melted and our food was cold we just asked for a refund and called the store number and Nevered received a call back!!! LSU SHOULD BE ASHAME TO SPONSOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!
