what is the point of the app if they don’t bring you the order when you put your stall number in? waited 18 minutes, one other car in the parking lot, food wasn’t delivered until i pressed the red button to ask why my food wasn’t being taken out??

I usually have a good time here and have good quality food but I just got the sweetest compliment from the prettiest carhop ever. I think her name was Selina. Truly a baddie, and a great dinner to end the day 💕

They do not follow proper food safety standards at this location. I visited on a road trip and had an issue with one of my burgers being incorrect. They took back the burger I bit into, fixed it, and gave me back the same burger. I was genuinely appalled and the employee just gave me the Gen Z stare insisting nothing was wrong. I see the reviewer below me got food poisoning and I can clearly see why now. Save your gut health and just go anywhere else.

This location is wonderful! Nice staff and good food and drinks! LSU Students and Staff get a 10% discount. Pam the operator really cares about this location and goes over and beyond to provide a great service to the LSU community.

This sonic location forgot half of our order and when our food was delivered the worker didn’t say a word and very impatiently tossed our food in the window and ran away before I could even blink. I guess what you get for going to a fast food restaurant in Baton Rouge.

I usually don’t have any complaints about this sonic, but today I waited way too long and paid way too much for my food to be cold. $20 for a jr deluxe cheeseburger and tots, 2 route 44 drinks and a hot fudge sundae.

The milk in my coffee was expired, and if it was a one time thing it’d be fine, but this location is specifically known for using expired milk in their milkshakes and other products. It’s completely disgusting

I just left sonic @ 4:35 pm and all I ordered was a medium slush and a small mozzarella stick. The carhop told me I couldn't pay with tiger cash even though I pay with it everytime I go, but my cheese sticks were over cooked and I had to throw them away.

Just came through and ordered a shake and some onion rings. The onion rings were fried to death and the shake was absolutely rancid, clearly spoiled milk. Normally this wouldn’t even be enough to get me writing a review, I work in food service and I understand that mistakes happen sometimes. BUT this has happened to me at this location on THREE different occasions at this point and that’s inexcusable. Spoiled milk in a shake 3 times is crazy. Whoever’s managing this place needs a serious look in the mirror or to get out of the food service industry. Go to any other Sonic in the city and maybe you won’t get an illness. The person who took my order was nice though and so was the guy who brought it out so that’s good at least.
