As an LSU student, I've been here plenty. I've never had a bad experience. The order is always correct, the food is always good, the servers have always been polite, and I've never waited an unreasonably long time. I personally can't corroborate any of the other reviews on here. Maybe management changed since the last one. I don't know. I've just never had a real problem here without being hypercritical.

Look I know sonic it having a bit of a hard time with supplies; but this is the 3rd time I have gone to a sonic, ordered an ultimate breakfast burrito and not gotten tots in it... that's the whole point of me getting "ultimate". It is never mentioned to me and my bill is never adjusted. I'm tired of paying more for a basic burrito... like I could've just paid less and gotten the same thing...

Sonic offers a decent fast food experience, but it falls short of greatness. The diverse menu and carhop service are pluses, but inconsistent food quality and slow service can be frustrating. Good for a quick bite, but not my top choice. Love their ultimate meat and cheese burrito though.

Terrible service, cashier had zero interest in getting the order right or being friendly. Order was wrong on several counts and the server insisted it was our fault instead of helping us fix it.

They do not answer their phone at night! I asked the car hop was my shake a strawberry cheese cake and she wasn’t sure . I know that the strawberry cheesecake shake is garnish with gram cracker crumbs , whip and cherry. She took it inside and said she will go confirm to make sure it’s a strawberry cheesecake shake .She came back and told me it was . However I got home and tasted it and it taste like they just threw the cheesecake syrup on top and didn’t mix it in . It’s awful!!!

Food was TERRIBLE. tenders seemed like they were undercooked but had freezer burn before being dropped. Tots were stale. Bread was burned. Just terrible. Won't be back. Sonic is going downhill so bad.
