The last 3 times I've been I've asked for a footlong chilli cheese coney, and all 3 times I've gotten a footlong American, even when I've said a chili cheese cone. They need to learn to listen. Super nice people though

terrible night service

Came to this location 10/8/25 between 8:30 p.m-8:41pm...my burgers (sonic cheese burgers) were missing salad and tomatoes. If they were out of stock, the staff did a poor job of informing us of it. my wife picked our food up at the front stall under patio by the front doors! The manager of this location would be highly upset because she runs her store the correct way!

I never have a problem with sonic but tonight.... my wife and I sat and waited for close to 45 minutes for a route 44 Dr. Pepper and a large Strawberry Shortcake Master Shake. Needless to say my Shake wasn't even frozen. Better yet, it was barely cold. I had to bring it home and put it in the freezer so I could enjoy it. Absolutely ridiculous. Yall gotta get it together.

I think that Sonic should have a frequent shopper program in place... I go to sonic at least 4 times a week and order 2 brownies blasts every time so getting a reward blast would be awesome and shows some kind of gratitude...

OMG!!!! We just left Sonic on Sherwood??!!!! What on earth. We ordered 2 large combos, hot fudge sundae and a large vanilla shake…. We LITERALLY watched our order sit there for 16 minutes!!!!! 🤷🏻‍♀️ and when she was putting our utensils on our tray, I watched her throw it and slam it on our tray!!!!! Food was cold, ice cream was melted we couldn’t even take the kids of because it would’ve ran over. So for $27.83…. THATS what we got. Soooo beyond angry!!! AND AND I had included a tip when I paid. I simply don’t get it!!!

THIS IS THE WORST ! LOCATION! EVER ! the manager is so rude and mean to employees ! Food is always late ! Orders are always wrong & THIS IS NOT a place to work for teens ! they don’t train you ! And the manager ms Jenn is rude to employees

This Sonic has the lousiest service of any I have ever been to. The food takes forever to come out, and it's a crap shoot whether the order is correct. Employees are lackadaisical. I placed an order for a shake - took 15 minutes for them to make it, and another 10 minutes to get it after the screen showed that (employee) was coming with it. I finally had to press the red button, and once I did that, a rather mouthy employee finally brought my order to me.

People pulling up after me getting food before they even take my order, even after activating the button twice
