I ordered a small cheese stick and a medium popcorn chicken both with a side of ranch. My order.
Came with marinara instead of ranch. I called. I called again and asked for ranch and After waiting several minutes, I left without any. I did specify ranch when I ordered and I saw it as such on the monitor so it was not an unreasonable request. Very poor customer service here. They definitely did not deserve the two dollar tip I gave them.

Pressed multiple buttons and called in store. They walked around and acted like they didn’t see the customers. Then the workers mom pulled up and they walked outside and ignored and acted like customer was invisible. All three workers, no one answered the mic and even said “we’re closed for the night”

Service was fast food was great as usual. I never had a problem with my order there every time I'm there. It's at a busy intersection so getting in and out is the only downfall I would say.

Waited over an hour. Drink and food brought out WRONG THREE TIMES! I normally dont stress over customer service at fast food places because I understand their jobs are not fun and low paid however all the young workers on night of 9/20/2024 are beyond incompetent.

I ordered a sandwich and when it came out to me it was made wrong. I called the lady back and asked for a slice of cheese and she said ok. I then waited 20 minutes noone returned. I called up no one answered. I waited another 10 minutes tried calling again Noone answered. The last few times I been to this sonic something has been up with the order.

They have specials starting at ($1.99) i. e; Milk Shakes/Burgers etc.

Parking: It's a drive in restaurant. You stay in your car and they bring the food to you.

Recommended dishes: Hot Dog, Burger, Fries

I wouldn't suggest coming to this sonic UNLESS YOU ENJOY FEELING LIKE A BURDEN TO THE WORKERS AND WONDERING IF THEY DID ANYTHING TO YOUR FOOD THAT WAS INCORRECTLY MAD ANYWAYS! Js obviously the hiring manager needs to be replaced bc it every time.

This sonic is really unorganized! I normally don't eat Sonic due to my transportation situation it's really down the street from where I live so it convenient for me to walk and it's closer then the other restaurants. I ordered one of the new sandwiches it had no mayo, no ketchup, no mustard just a dry burger fries was salty tarter tots was cold. This location needs to get it together. They are really confused & unorganized!! & needs to give customers their receipts!

I didnt even want to put one star this enivorment is Toxic! The manger Jenn is the most toxic person I ever heard speak to sonic employees like trash she was yelling at grown employees. she is yelling as I'm completing my order I will not eat where people are slaved by one person this place is horrible here! Rylie my car hop in the heat as well being the only car hop tried her best she was fast efficient had a smile even though you can clearly see her crying! JENNIFER AS A LADY YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED HOW YOU TREAT OTHER HUMANS!
I'm so shocked called sonic to report this behavior by Jenn in baton rouge ...guess who was blowing up my phone and emailing the customer that made a complaint??? Yes they gave this lady my personal information for harrassment...no I would like YOUR boss not you! Now I see I wasn't wrong for what and how I witnessed at this location

Sat over 30 minutes for 1 item ! Will never return to this location ! Then one of the workers sat outside ate a whole meal while customers sat in the parking lot without service!!! This location never had anyone at the drive through !! Horrible service
