Horrible Horrible service sat here at the drive thru for almost 10 minutes trying get my order token I press the button over 4 times before someone actually time my order then it took another 7 minutes or so for my order to come out waisted half my lunch break trying get the food. My food came out and it was completely wrong!!!! Never Again!!!!

Sonic at Sherwood and Old Hammond in Baton Rouge La is ghetto! The service is always horrible. I live down the street and drive across town to Burbank the service is just that bad. The owner needs to drop in I am sure they are losing money since the workers close the or stop taking orders 11/2 hours before they close.

My LARGE tot was embarrassingly not full… (see picture, this is exactly how many they gave me, none in the bag and non in my belly)Same with the trick or treat. Wasnt full but alot fuller than the tots. They didnt even give me a straw or spoon. I waited 6-7minutes for them to bring me one and got tired of waiting with my 1yr old crying in the back.10$, Never again….

The service here was horrible. It took almost 30 min to get my food. I tried the Buffalo Chicken Bites. Horrible... I was very disappointed ?
I went there and got TWO large jumbo popcorn chicken mealsa large mozzarella sticks with a large ched r peppersThey gave me NO sauce . I explained to the server so she came out with ONE sauce. She said that they were acting stingy with the sauces . I told her what am I supposed to do with one sauce with all this food. So she went in and came back out with one sauce once again . I just don’t understand I spent $40 there why can’t I at least get 4 maybe 5 sauces ? The mozzarella sticks were supposed to come with marinara sauce which I didn’t even receive. I will not be returning to this location.

Came in at 11AM for an early lunch and ordered a hot dog and tots. The hot dog looked as if it was on the cooker all night and way over cooked! It was literally a dark brown, almost black in color. The tots were ice cold! We sent it all back, and it seemed like they just re dropped the tots in the hot oil to warm them up... the absolute worst experience ever at this at spot.
